I have an exciting opportunity for a Joinery or Furniture Draughts Person to join their growing team based Epsom. Job Title: Draughts Person (Joinery) (Furniture) (Solidworks) or Inventor Job Type: Full Time - Permanent My client is a bespoke joinery and interiors solutions manufacturer delivering exceptional bespoke high quality, freestanding and fitted furniture to our varied clients. Predominantly we work on high end residential refurbishments. We install fitted furniture and architectural joinery. We currently have a full-time vacancy for a Joinery Draughts Person, this rare opportunity to work for one of the industry’s market leaders will provide a stimulating and demanding environment for personal development. Working as part of a small team the successful candidate will experience the need to assess site measurements at concept stage, produce designs relevant to client expectations, both in terms of performance and budget, identify variations from the initial brief and prepare a thorough handover for follow on departments. A good standard of written and spoken English is a prerequisite for developing clear communication with both clients and colleagues. Draughts Person - You: - Must be flexible and able to demonstrate an understanding of furniture-based construction techniques - Be conversant with Solidworks - Experience in 3D package and producing cutting lists - This full-time position will be offered to the most suitable candidate based on his/her strengths and experience
