Senior Commercial Manager - Tier One Fit Out Main Contractor - Up to £95,000 + Package Fawkes and Reece are currently assisting a leading Main Contractor that work globally across Construction, Fit out and Development. Being a leading Construction company, they work across a mixture of sectors including Commercial, residential, healthcare, retail and education projects from £10 Million - £100 Million +. As a business they have a network of offices with one of their most successful regions being their London division. Due to growing demands, our client is looking for a Senior Commercial Manager with a proven track record of delivering complex major Construction fit out projects in Central London. You will be site-based working on a large £60 Million Commercial Fit out scheme in the City of London responsible for all Commercial aspects and leading a team of Quantity Surveyors. This role will report directly into the Commercial Director so you will need to be self-sufficient and competent, having worked on a similar sized project previously.
