Our Client are offering an exciting opportunity for an individual to join an established and technically led company with an impressive client base across the UK and the chance to grow and learn alongside the Projects Team.
This position is entry level and would suit graduates or individuals looking for a career as a Project Manager, who is electrically bias. This position is based out of our Head Office in Coleshill, Birmingham. On occasions you will have to visit sites to undertake surveys and compile reports, therefore own transportation and a driving licence is required for this role.
Duties · Compiling and checking as fitted drawings are correct to the installed projects along with O&M manual works and testing software’s.
· To undertake surveys and compile reports for prospect and current clients relating to all aspects of the facilities in question
· To develop design and build enquiries to deliver viable tenders to clients, Assist Project Managers with procurement procedures.
· To Update the tender log, follow up on tenders and project costings Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications
· Communication and interpersonal skills to negotiate and influence, internally and externally at a senior level
· Financial and commercial acumen to be able to manage all aspects of projects costs
· Essentially educated to HNC level in the design and management of building services
· Able to demonstrate the capability of managing and developing client relationships
· Ability to manage the competing demands of clients
· Leadership and people management skills
· Able to work flexibly and to work independently
· IT literate
Job Type: Full-time Salary: £20,000.00 - £25,000.00 per year
