Cost Planner, Residential Developer, London, Up to £75,000 Basic Salary Blayze Group are pleased to be partnered with a leading residential developer based in Central London who are looking for a Cost Planner to join. Responsibilities: Produce cost plans for multiple schemes at any one time Oversight of the commercial aspects to drive profit out of schemes Create, assess, review and amend cost plan work against profit criteria To interact with land and planning departments and any other necessary internal and external stakeholdersExperience: Previous experience working on residential schemes at a developer or cost consultancy Minimum 3/4 years experience within cost planningIf you're interested to learn more, please apply with your most up to date CV
