Senior Quantity Surveyor

Senior Quantity Surveyor / Main Contractor / M&E / Civil Enginnering Kennet Solutions have a new opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyors to be based in Hampshire. Our client are a leading main contractor who have a portfolio projects across London & the South-East. The companies Southern division have a secured portfolio of £40m and currently have a team of 6 Commercial headed up by an experienced Senior Commercial Manager. The successful candidate will be involved in a range of projects across the Rail/Civil Engineering sectors. They work on JV's with many of the Tier-1 main contractors as well as Network Rail, London Underground / TFL and Crossrail To be considered for the role you must have a minimum of 8-years’ experience ideally within a Rail or M&E. Strong experience of NEC in particular option A would be essential Typical duties include: * Leading the commercial management of multiple sites on time and to budget. * Pricing and ensuring estimates are submitted accurately and on time, * Resolving pricing issues with clients * Client Liaison * Liaison with Site Managers to collate information on day to day remits, * Subcontractor management * Change management and early warnings * Contract administration (NEC/NR forms of contract) * CVR’s If you are interested and would like to hear further information then please call Amrit or send an updated CV
