Business Development Manager-Basement Construction

My client is one of London's longest established and most successful specialist basement contractors. This is an ever growing market due to the lack of space in London and the South East of England and my client is looking for a Business Development Manager to join their team. Working at the higher end of the luxury residential market mainly my client needs a candidate who is experienced and successful in selling construction solutions within this sector of the market. You will need to be well presented, articulate and able to understand the problems and provide and sell solutions to high net worth end users, architects, developers and contractors. On offer is a good basic salary and package along with a structured bonus scheme based on sales generated for the business. This is a genuine opportunity to fulfil a key role in an organisation where the potential rewards are high. The role will involve both working from the company head office and also travelling regularly to meet clients/potential clients. Specific product training can be provided for those candidate with the experience in the right market sector but not the same product.
