Project Manager- Basement Construction

Project / Contracts Manager- Basements London and surrounding area. This opportunity has just come in today. I’m looking for a Project / Contracts Manager who can look after between 1 and 5 basement packages at any one time. Ideally you’ll have an engineering degree and will be well presented, articulate and able to resolve complex engineering solutions on large, typically residential basements at the higher end of the market. This is a long term role- I need someone who is looking for longevity and security. You will most likely currently be working as a Project Manager for a Groundworks/ rc frame specialist contractor at the moment and looking to do something different. Although these basement projects may not be as large and have the kudos of the projects you are used to they will offer their won challenges and ultimately will test your engineering/project management abilities to the full. As mentioned previously my client works on luxury residences and these basements will often house swimming pools, gyms, cinemas and so on. You can gain experience in a real niche sector of industry.
