The safety of our customers and therefore building safety is our number one priority. The role will work across our diverse portfolio across a large geographical area to ensure we taken a coherent and co-ordinated approach to building safety at a time when expectations are rightly increasing. What you'll need to succeed The successful candidate will have a strong technical knowledge and experience of planning and delivering complex works in a customer centric approach. You will play a key role in reviewing technical information on our portfolio and planning and delivering survey programmes and managing remediation works arising. As well as having a degree in a relevant subject such as; Fire Safety, Building Surveying or Architecture your will also have a strong track record of delivering successful projects. You will embrace taking on a new challenge while maintaining a key attention to detail. You will be as comfortable in working collaboratively with technical and legal experts as well as with customers.
