Housing Development Manager Based in either the Peterborough or Camberley office Permanent £42,000 - £47,000 plus £1,200 Car Allowance and an 8% uplift for the Camberley office Summary: This post helps achieve its objective to provide quality homes to live in by helping deliver the Asset Management Strategy, specifically the development, growth and rationalisation strands. To provide a full range of Project Management services and comply with all Group policy and procedures. Development: To deal with new development schemes from inception to completion including final accounts ensuring that they are delivered on time and on budget. To ensure that new development schemes comply with all Homes England audit requirements. Prepare bids for capital finding and identify all costs and potential risks. Ensure procurement processes are compliant and robus Liaise with all internal stakeholders on all aspects of the development project as appropriate e.g. Sales Director and Customer Experience Teams. Comply with all Homes England programme management process as directed by the Development Programme Manager ensuring that all key milestones are notified and recorded appropriately. Developments should be continually monitored and ensure costs, quality and timescales are achieved at the key approval stage. Handover completed properties to Housing and Maintenance teams and ensure that are fully aware of the of all aspects of the property Identification of potential opportunities to commission new homes in popular and high demand areas to meet a range of needs.
