Site Manager

My client is a tier one residential developer based on a site based in Reading. They require a site manager on a free-lance basis for an immediate start. The role is to over see the internal fit out of one of the rc frame blocks, through to completion on spec luxury apartments. Ideally you will have a good level of experience working for a major housing developer and will be familiar with the demands and standards the role requires. You will be reporting to directly Senior Site Manager and in turn the Project Manager. You will require SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS as standard
