Senior Project Manager - Residential and Mixed Use

Having seen a slow down over recent months, the Construction Consultancy market is most certainly gathering pace and one of our repeat clients is looking to employ an experienced Senior Project Manager to deliver a mixture of Residential and Mixed Use schemes. Based in the heart of London, this business has had success in recent months on new instructions from clients and are looking to expand their Project Management division. Schemes include new build within the Residential space as well as Mixed Use including Commercial office Space and Residential. You will need to be able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of new build residential schemes and have the relevant experience in delivering these schemes in a Senior project management capacity. Interviews are currently taking place and suitable candidates will be offered between £60,000 to £65,000 plus company benefits. The business has gone from strength to strength and has handled the current pandemic in a very effective manner creating new opportunities. With a great team ethos and solid business plan, they really do stand out. Consultancy experience is preferred however candidates with a strong residential background within the Main Contractor or Housebuilder markets will be considered.
