Estimator, Groundworks & Civil Engineering. Commercially aware Estimator for a contractor working on Civils, Groundworks / RC residential schemes. Package values of £1.5 - £5m. To work in a friendly office with regular clients helping to develop the business. Salary £55,000 to £65,000 plus package, negotiable, based on your ability Estimator, Civils, RC and Groundworks for Residential and infrastructure schemes: A reliable, groundworks, RC & civil engineering contractor has an additional requirement for a suitably experienced and commercially minded Estimator from a specialist civils, RC or groundworks background for new civils and residential projects. You should be able to help win work on a competitive basis, capable of meeting clients on a face to face basis. A good opportunity for someone seeking additional responsibility and rewards to join an existing team. The company's work involves: Groundworks Civil engineering RC sub and superstructure Remediation Ground stabilization Ground improvements Bulk earthworks Highway work Groundworks orientated Estimator, with a sound Commercial Civils background, able to win work from £1.5 to £5m on groundworks, RC, infrastructure, and minor roads with the associated interface with Local Authorities, Service Providers, and the public. You will be expected to have good industry contacts and a sound understanding of current market and pricing conditions. A negotiable salary package of £55,000 to £65,000 plus production bonuses, a car / allowance and full company package are offered. Background.
