Project Manager

Innovative, forward-thinking and ambitious Main Contactor currently require an experienced Project Manager on a permanent basis. This business is a specialist in modular building, predominantly focusing on educational new builds of around £5m - £10m in value. Their focus is a sustainable and practical approach to building with faster delivery and lower cost; which is why they are an award winning and highly in demand main contractor in this field. As Project Manager you would be leading the projects full cycle from Pre-Con through to completion - proven experience in this is essential. Experience within the education new build sector is also essential. You will be managing the site team, liaising with the commercial and pre-construction departments and managing the client effectively. The business operate nationally so travel will be expected as this is the nature of the workload. Ideally, they are looking for someone to cover Southern Home Counties based projects but could be required to travel further afield at times. However, whenever possible staff will be utilised as locally as possible.
