Property Maintenance Apprentice

We are delighted to be working with a successful property maintenance company in the Cheltenham area, assisting with their expansion plans as they continue to build the portfolio of properties that they manage. They are looking to help kick start the career or someone who would like to embark on an apprenticeship in Property Maintenance and are prepared to pay above the national minimum wage for apprentices to ensure they secure the right people! This role will give you full hands on training within the trades and will involve learning all aspects of the trades including plumbing, tiling, carpentry and painting and decorating. You will be working in clients properties so being respectful and courteous will be essential as you will need to liaise with them as you carry out maintenance works for them.
