Electrical Site Manager

I am currently recruiting for an Electrical Site Supervisor / Manager to assist in project delivery for a young progressive business. Work undertaken consists of Residential Apartment blocks and Cat A and B office fitouts across London. The ideal candidate will have extensive practical and technical knowledge of electrical installations and will be fully qualified with good employment history as an electrical Supervisor / Manager. Experience and a proven track record in delivering projects to deadline and budget is key along with managing labour to obtain the best results in quality and performance. You will be capable of managing a team of up to 10 men, be computer literate and familiar with basic project reporting systems. Full driving license required. No criminal convictions. The role is open to freelance or permanent applicants. First project will be in Acton which is 22 New Apartments. Freelance rate: £25 - £26ph Permanent package: £40k per year with company van, laptop and phone. Statutory annual leave. 20 days plus 8 bank holidays. You would be expected to attend the Head office based in Colchester when necessary and be willing to work in London
