Civil Engineering Contracts Manager
A mid-sized Civil Engineering contractor are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their diverse and dynamic business based in Chesterfield.

The Role
The incumbent will be responsible for managing up to ten projects with an average value of circa £5m and a staff of up to fifty. Typical duties include:
* Concurrently managing the delivery of up five projects, safely, to budget and to programme
* Management and professional development of staff
* Contribution to pre-construction, to ensure a seamless handover to operational teams
* Advocate and comply with company policy and procedure and contribute to the development of company culture
The Candidate
The candidate must be an experienced Contracts Manager, with a background in Civil Engineering preferably projects relating to groundworks, housing infrastructure and s.278 works.
