Site Manager

My Client is a small Developer that develp small to medium sized housing and officve development projects. They currently have a requirement for an experienced Site Manager to manage a new build residential development of three houses and two barns in Redbbourn herfordtshire. The project is expected to last for approximately 6 to 12 months. The successful Site Manager will have experience in mlanaging and delivering similar prijects. You will be responsible for project delivery, planning & programming, design coordination, managing site team and site staff, value engineering and health & safety. Must also be cumputer literate able to use microsoft packages.
