Contacts Manager

Role: Structural Steel Contracts Manager Experience: 4 years of experience working with primary or secondary steel Location: North West London Whilst being mostly office/workshop based, you will be required to conduct weekly site visits and meetings as the main point of contact for the client, site management and contractors. You will be managing the project from start through to completion, ensuring things are running on time, budget as well as keeping quality to a high standard. Communication is key as you will be responsible for ensuring the workshop are notified of any changes in a timely manner. Requirements: Relevant qualifications or equivalent Experience in a similar position delivering large scale steelwork Structural Steel and Architectural Metalwork experience Ability to multitask Excellent communication Computer proficiency track record of successful projects should be demonstrated, with the following skills evident: Multi-tasking Creative Thinking Customer Focus Communication Skills Analytic Thinking Team Working Drive & DecisivenessExperience & Qualifications Minimum 5 years' experience working as a contract manager within architectural metalwork/steelwork construction sectors Management CSCS Card and SMSTS Certificate are essential. IOSH or NEBOSH preferred A proven background in fabrication and site installations of staircases and balustrades, Secondary Steelwork & General Steel Fabrications would be an advantageIf this role may be of interest please send you CV to
