Architectural Technician

Fantastic opportunity for an Architectural Technician to join a main contracting business. Company Well established building contractor. Role The Architectural Technician will be involved with scheme design from scratch, technical design for design and build contracts, providing preconstruction and site guidance when required, across a broad range of construction projects. Experience Required The successful applicant will be an experienced Architectural Technician who has varied project running experience in commercial, leisure, education, historical or industrial projects, with competent design skills and the confidence and ability to work in a high pressure, fast paced, contractors environment. Remuneration Negotiable salary up to £40,000 plus car allowance.
