My client are looking for a Freelance Senior Site Manager to run a small apartment scheme in Wiltshire, starting Mid-September for 10-12 months. The total value is £3m and it also includes a small 2-bed Bungalow. You will come from a mix of contracting and residential background, and experience with Timber Frame is a huge advantage. This scheme is using a high quality of materials, so they would rather the build be accurate and correct first time, than rushed and errors made. SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid are essential.
