Travel Coordinator
Location: Liverpool St
System experience required: Concur is mandatory
Salary: Negotiable on experience
Type: Temp with a view to go perm
Start date: ASAP
Duties of the role that are included but not limited to:
To co-ordinate and book travel including flights, trains and hotels for employees based in the UK & Europe via Concur
To maintain accurate booking records and report accordingly
To show initiative in researching ways to drive down costs
To negotiate hotel rates where applicable
To arrange hire cars where applicable
To liaise with hotels and restaurants to arrange meal vouchersSkills Required:
At least 2 years' experience in working with the system Concur is mandatory
At least 2 years' experience in working within a similar role
Excellent organisational skills are a must
A self-starter who will hit the ground running
Experience in managing travel in European time zones
