Multi-Trader £27,500 basic salary (£31,000 OTE) Oxfordshire Our client, a well established and respected building services organisation, are now in a position to start recruiting for a number of maintenance trade positions on a permanent basis. Multi-Traders are required for the repairs and maintenance department to carry out responsive work in occupied, domestic dwellings. Carpenter Multi-Traders and Plumber Multi-Traders are both needed to carry out the work and must have the following: Qualified in either Carpentry or Plumbing Time served or apprenticeships will be considered A strong maintenance background, ideally working within social housing and domestic work Own tools Full driving licence Flexibility in the role including call outsHours of work are 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, covering Oxfordshire and parts of Berkshire and Wiltshire.
