Multi Trade Operative

Multi Trade Operative Uttlesford District 42.5 hours per week. Immediate Start £30,940 per annum Our client, is looking for a multi skilled operative, with knowledge in Plumbing and Carpentry. This role is looking for someone to start immediately, initially for a 4-6-week period, but could be a permanent role for the right candidate. A van and tools will be provided. This role will cover all of the Uttlesford District. Your main duties will include, but not be limited to; Undertake trades such as tiling, plastering, plumbing and carpentry work Lease with scheduling team to make sure work is completed to given timeframe Observe Health and Safety Carry out risk assessments Cover other work for colleagues when needed. Skills/Experience NVQ Level3 in Plumbing or Carpentry Extensive experience in Carpentry and/ or Plumbing Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations Sound knowledge of other trades such as tiling, plastering, latex flooring and decorating CSCS Card Full, Clean driving license (must have had no motoring convictions in last 5 years) Problem solving skills Ability to work at heights Take part in ‘on call rota’ as required.
