Gas Plumber - Multi Trade Operative

I am working with a local authority in the Leicestershire area who require a Gas Engineer who also has multi trade experience. Gas plumber role will be on the Responsive repair team undertaking repairs and components replacements from new baths, tap repairs , unblocking toilets and pipes, new toilets, Basins, radiators etc. Need to be Gas Safe Registered The ideal candidate will also need to have multi skilling experience and the abilities on top of his plumbing and gas skills this includes gaining entry to property, basic lock changes, skirting , door hanging, Kitchen unit fitting and floor tiling work top basic plastering etc. This needs to be good quality and they have to be confident and up to speed with timings as they will be working in tenanted property's and will be asked to undertake other duties than plumbing if needed. £16 - £20 an hour 37 hours a week Initial contract of three months Inside IR35.
