The Role and Responsibilities As Project Quantity Surveyor, you will have experience of having worked on both new build housing and apartments and have a proven track record of working in a similar role previously. Reporting in to a visiting Senior Surveyor/Commercial Manager duties may include assisting in the preparation of monthly statements, ensure that interim valuations are accurately checked, produce cost estimates and ensure sub-contractors receive prompt payment amongst other duties.
