We work with businesses to help them transition to a more sustainable energy model with tailored propositions that suit their needs. We currently have over 30 exciting live schemes in a range of on-site generation and energy efficiency technologies. Be it CHP, biomass boilers, new pump technologies or PV, we're leading the way in developing solutions fit for the future.
Right now, we're looking for a Key Account Manager to join our City Energy Solutions, Construction and Major Projects Team in the South West. Here you'll be responsible for securing and managing the contracts for current projects as well as being involved in the expansion of the major networks in the South West and setting the strategic direction for these high-profile assets going forward.
You will work with the South West Commercial and Expansion Manager to manage the complex and detailed commercial and contractual agreements required across the South West project portfolio. This will also involve negotiating future connections at the likes of Skypark and Science Park.
This is a key stakeholder management role representing E.ON with the East Devon District Council, Growth Point, Science Park and Multiple Major Developers such as Taylor Wimpey and Persimmon amongst others.

Profile: What we need from you
* Educated to Degree level, or equivalent qualification and/or significant experience gained in a similar role.
* Strong Project Management capabilities.
* Demonstrable commercial and negotiation skills.
* Excellent inter-personal, communication, influencing and change management skills, including the ability to challenge processes for continuous improvement.
* An ability to take a holistic approach to tasks, balancing the financial position with the wider business implications.
It would also be great if you had
* Previous experience as a Contracts Manager or Senior Contracts Manager.
* Experience in District Heating projects or Decentralised Energy Systems.
* Experience of complex renewable energy schemes in the domestic and I&C sectors.

* The salary range for this role is £42,287 - £53,990.
* This role is based at Cranbrook Energy Centre, Honiton Road, Clyst Honiton, Exeter, EX5 2DX.
* This is a permanent role.
* Due to the nature of this role a Criminal Record Check will be required
