Site Manager/Foreman – Multi-Storey London

CSR Construction is delighted to be working with one of Northern Ireland's leading building contractors, who have secured a new project in London running for 18 months. This £26million multi storey steel frame and concrete block structure is a prestigious project and one of two running concurrently. The construction company is looking to appoint an experienced Foreman/Site Manager to take control of the day to day running of the site and aid the Project Manager in the completion of the job. Excellent salary and package on offer £45-55k (potentially higher depending on experience) Criteria * Site Management Safety Pass/Supervisors Pass * 3 - 4 Years' experience as a Site Foreman / Manager * Sound knowledge of general construction * Excellent communication skills * Good Health & Safety awareness * Demonstrable Multi-storey construction experience with project history evidence £15million + Duties * Reporting to the Project Manager * Oversee different stages of the build * Working closely with Sub - Contractors * Keep detailed records and provide reports to PM
