Groundworks Supervisor

Nicholas Associates are recruiting for an experienced groundworks Supervisor to work with a reputable civil engineering contractor based in the Derbyshire area. successful applicants must have a proven track record in supervision on residential groundworks, section 278 works, roads and sewer projects. Duties & Responsibilities: • Supervision of site on a day to day basis and liaising with Site Manager/Project Manager • Management of trades & labour on site • Attending site meetings • Ensuring build programmes & schedules are met • Insuring all health & safety is carried out to a high level Requirements: • SMSTS /SSSTS / First Aid • Previous experience as a Groundworks Supervisor • Experience of working on residential groundworks, plots, section 278 works, roads and sewer schemes • Understand constructions methods, health and safety, and legal regulations • Demonstrate Strong communication skills • IT skills • Valid UK Driving Licence Please call John Ashcroft (phone number removed) to discuss the opportunity further
