Quantity Surveyor – consultancy Manchester £35,000 - 45,000 per annum The Opportunity This position is a Quantity Surveyor / Cost Consultant to join a small consultancy featuring on some of Manchester’s prestigious projects. This role will give you the opportunity to work on both the PQS consultancy side of the table as well as feature in a contracting QS role on projects this company are self-delivering - quite unique! This is an attractive role for someone who likes the idea of working for a small, entrepreneurial business that are progressing their services offered and therefore growing. Requirements The Quantity Surveyor / Cost Consultant have the following; * BSc Quantity Surveying is a must * 3-5 years experience * Ideally worked for an established name in cost consultancy * Based in the North West The successful QS will get paid between £35,000 - 45,000 per annum depending on experience.
