Nationally Recognised Leading House Builder - Assistant Site Manager - Midlands The Opportunity Working for a recognised leading house builder in the Midlands, you will be joining the onsite delivery team reporting to a Senior Site Manager. You will be taking a section of the project under your supervision working on major new build housing developments which will include a mixture of private and affordable housing. With an established workstream already underway, this role offers a driven and enthusiastic Assistant Site Manager the opportunity for progression over both the short and long-term. Working with a brand that offers job security with a strong regional presence, you will be working on projects in the local area with a stable and busy workload for the foreseeable future. Skill & Experience *You will ideally have completed as a minimum an NVQ in a construction discipline *Previous experience working in a similar role in new build housing *Current SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualification *Scaffold appreciation would be of benefit although not essential Assistant Site Managers with the right experience should apply immediately via the link
