EPC Surveyor

Reporting to the Survey Manager you will be responsible for carrying out surveys in domestic properties in the Borders region. You will be responsible to determine eligibility and assess the most appropriate measures, products or services available to meet customer needs. Duties include: Liaising with customers from start of the process right the way through the life cycle. Producing compliant reports to a high standard - Energy performance certificates, Green Deal reports or Occupancy Assessments Deliver consistent and impartial assessments of the property on behalf of the client.
