Contracts Manager

We are currently seeking a competent and experienced Contracts Manager for our client, a successful and well-respected house builder in the residential construction industry. As Contracts Manager will you be responsible for: The management of up to 4 residential house build sites. Managing multiple site managers organising and leading works on site. Working as one of 3 Contracts Managers covering the region. Ensuring all sites are on target for project completion, working in line with company health and safety policy, and ensuring budgets and quality of work is adhered to.To be successful in this role you will have: Experience of working as a contracts manager for a house building construction organisation. Experience of managing multi-site operations. Carrying out the general duties of a Contracts Manager. Proven success of managing and delivering multiple residential/house builds within budget and according to project deadlines.In return you will receive the following: Highly competitive salary and a generous bonus scheme.
