Mechanical Building Services Engineer

Based within a commercial building you will be integrated into the estates team covering PPM and reactive maintenance. The strengths that you will bring will be mechanical. Having experience with working on maintaining heating systems including all aspects of plumbing. Therefore a recognised qualification within commercial heating or plumbing. Duties include: + Responding to reactive mechanical maintenance within the facility + inspection and maintenance of certified mechanical equipment including pumps, compressors, valves, pipe work, tanks, pneumatic systems etc + Maintain BMS + Site reports + Carrying out risk assessments + Adhere to health and safety as set out within the company guidelines + Following health and safety + Working to a high level of health and safety To be considered: + Mechanical / plumbing qualifications + Experience within HVAC + Driving licence - travel to other sites will be required Search is an equal opportunities recruiter and we welcome applications from all suitably skilled or qualified applicants, regardless of their race, sex, disability, religion/beliefs, sexual orientation or age
