Quantity Surveyor

The Client An incredible company that has been established for over 25 years, family owned, with an impressive diversity of projects. The company is totally committed to building long term relationships, with both staff, supply chain and clients. This has meant an extremely low staff turnover and strong organic promotional growth, within the company. It has also led to a robust supply chain and a strong order book, for years to come. As a result of the continual growth within the company, they are now looking for an additional Quantity Surveyor to join this very successful team. The ideal candidate * Will already be a Quantity Surveyor * Able to complete monthly CV's * Have a strong understanding of Main Contracting projects * Taken a number of projects from ground through to completion * Project Experience up to £5m * Reporting to a Senior Quantity Surveyor This will suit an individual that is looking for stability, local projects and progression within the business. Our client will consider an individual that has come from a Fit Out or Refurbishment background too. Interviews will be taking place next week
