GSW are delighted to be working with a reputable Heating contractor that are looking to recruit an experienced Heating & Compliance Bid Writer, to work on their social housing contracts based within North West.
Key responsibilities for this role are:
* Support in the identification & assessment of tender opportunities.
* Write successful tender submissions tailored to our customer’s needs.
* Keep accurate records of bid activity
* Develop in depth case studies of the company work at a national level.
* Maintain a library of contract examples.
* Engage with company social media strategy to drive business growth.
* Engage with Directors and Managers to ensure up to date & accurate bid information.
* Be an effective and collaborative member of the Business Development Team.
* Track all elements of the tender proposals and issue updates accordingly within the Business Development team.
* Support in the collation of business development progress reports
* Support in the delivery of client events & exhibitions
Experience and Qualifications:
* Degree Level Education
* Demonstrable experience in producing high quality written reports/documents/essays
* Experience and skills in using ICT (predominately Microsoft Office suite)
* Experience of writing successful property services bids (desirable)
* Experience of creative writing (desirable)
* Experience of the OJEU procurement process (desirable)
* Experience of creating project plans in Microsoft Project (desirable)
