Highways Operative

Highway Operatives Required Sterling Site Solutions are seeking Highway Operatives for a longterm contract (48 months) in Windsor and surrounding areas, we are seeking Scheme Gangs with the ability to work of drawings, completing basic groundworks, curb laying, installation of drainage plus surfacing(tarmac). Our Operatives should be: * Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime * A strong understanding of Health & Safety * Ability to work safely and productively with minimum supervision * Experienced with curb laying (precast concrete) * Experienced with laying concrete road channels * Experienced with the excavation and laying of granite curbs or granite setts * Laying tarmac and flexible surfacing(raking/sweeping) * Pothole repairs * Laying concrete * Relaying of flags, blocks, and cobbles On offer: * Up to £180 per day * Immediate starts for referenced Operatives * Longterm work 48 -month contract * Award-winning firm - no cowboys (yeeeeehaaaaaa) * Decent and well-maintained machinery * Paid lunch hour * Four to eight Highway Operatives required, if you have a strong gang looking for some solid graft - get in touch!
