Site Manager (No1) Berkshire Temporary Contract - 10/12 weeks Start: First Week of September Rate: £(Apply online only) p/day This building contractor, covers a range of services including construction, refurbishment / fit out, and maintenance. They work within the following sectors: leisure, commercial, residential, retail, health, and education. The job is a Damp Proofing strip out and associated remedial works to an Old Vicarage, there will be kitchen and bathroom replacement along with plastering and decoration following completion of all replacement timber floor and stone floors throughout. The programme is challenging and therefore would suite a driven site manager who can maximise time spent on site with good coordination of trades.
