Multi Trader / Customer Aftercare Operative

Falcon Green require a skilled Multi-Trader / Aftercare for a large-scale residential developer in North London. This is a long-term temporary position which could lead to permanent employment for the right candidate. Candidates MUST have a van and own tools as the job will require travelling between 3 different sites. The successful applicant must have the following: * Be able to demonstrate a high-level of customer service as work will be carried out in occupied homes * Be presentable * Experience of a wide-range of site trades including; * Making Good works * Working through snag lists * General repairs across multiple trades * Good understanding of English * Right to work in the UK * Blue CSCS skills card (Preferable) * 2x References from previous employers Please call Alex on (phone number removed) to apply or for moreinformation
