Architectural Technologist Manchester £28,000 - £38,000 plus full benefits package. The Company: Long established multi-disciplinary private practice is looking to expand its design team. With this in mind, an opportunity now exists for a talented Architectural Technician to play a key role in the growth of their business. As a newly appointed Architectural Technologist, the successful candidate will be given the opportunity to work on several award-winning schemes working across a range of both private and public sector projects. Typical projects include Refurbishments, Adaptations, and New Build Projects. Required Skills and Experience: Degree Qualified possessing a relevant Architectural, Construction or Building Surveying Degree. Able to demonstrate a minimum of two years relevant architectural experience. Strong Auto CAD capability possessing a portfolio of relevant project experience. Some experience of Revit would be highly desirable. Previous experience could include, Healthcare Projects, Education, Retail and High-Value Residential.
