Project Building Surveyor
Manchester
£35,000 - £43,000 plus package and benefits
This is a significant opportunity for an experienced project building surveyor to join a leading firm of chartered surveyors.
Based in the Manchester office the business requires the skills and expertise of a highly capable building surveyor who can demonstrate a best in class approach to project delivery. Working across multiple sectors the successful surveyor will be given exposure to a range of interesting projects across the healthcare, education and commercial market sectors.
The role will require the expertise of a highly capable and trusted building surveyor who can demonstrate high professional standards, first-class interpersonal skills the ability to consistently deliver outstanding projects.
Ideal skills, qualities and attributes:
Degree or professionally qualified (MRICS) Building Surveyor
Ability to demonstrate four years of relevant project surveying experience
Strong project and contract administration skills
An astute problem solver with the ability to coordinate multiple projects
A track record of delivering both Public and Private sector projects would advantageous
First-class interpersonal skills having the ability to build and forge effective working relationships with key stakeholders
Demonstrates an ability to produce well written
