MULTI-TRADE ENGINEER

We are currently looking for a tradesman with good experience in carpentry as well as the skills necessary to approach painting and decorating with confidence. You will need to be adaptable, eager to learn, polite and helpful around clients, a good timekeeper with a mindset to progress upwards through the the company. For skilled trades relevant qualifications and experience required, CSCS cards preferred but not essential.It is preferred for you to have your own tools and transport, however this is not a requirement. You will be attending client sites to survey, quote for and complete both reactive and planned property maintenance works, ensuring our usual high standards are delivered without compromise. Travel around London and the SE is required. While we encourage flexible working, normal working hours are 8am – 5pm Monday – Friday and overtime opportunities are available at weekends. If you shine during a trial period, there is the opportunity to join on full time. Rates of pay are competitive and dependent on skills, experience and qualifications.
