Estimator - Roofing & Cladding Salary negotiable, subject to experience + excellent benefits Firmly established as one of the UK's leading Commercial Building Envelope Contractors, our client is a specialist in delivering Roofing and Cladding Refurbishment Projects to Blue-Chip organisations across the UK. Due to a record-breaking year for the company and an internal re-structure, we are now looking to appoint an ambitious, forward-thinking Estimator to make a long-term career move to the business. This is an ideal opportunity to make your mark within a company which has no ceiling on internal promotion and with potential progression up to Director level. ·You will have experience of Estimating within the Built Environment- A strong background in cladding / facades is a pre-requisite for the role. ·You will be responsible for 6-9 major refurb projects at a given time, ranging from £100,000- £5million. This is a company which really looks after its team- whether it is by giving out ad-hoc bonuses or gifts or just providing a friendly and supportive workplace. Accordingly, there is a high staff morale within the company and a low staff turnover. This ethos is reflected in the way the staff interact with clients which results in a large amount of repeat business.
