Fit Out Manager - London An established construction company are looking for a Fit Out Manager to work on a high profile residential project. This role will take full responsibility for fully coordinating the entire install within your assigned area. You will need experience of being a Fit Out Manager / Finishing Manager for a large complex project. Key responsibilities for the role: * You will be reviewing the clients requirements and the updated design drawings. The Fit Out Manager will maintain an updated file of all relevant up to date information throughout the project. * Preparation of weekly project programmes to ensure you part of the project is running on time and safely. * Responsible for assessing subcontractors work (quality control) and any issues they are having. Also induct any new subcontractors joining your area. * Making sure materials are ordered in time and plan where there is a long lead time. * Updating the Project Manager on your project and any issues they need escalation This is a great opportunity to join a great company and also a well known build project in London.
