Commercial Property Surveyor

This growing team is looking for a RICS accredited surveyor who has managed a portfolio of commercial properties, ideally within Central London. You'll work closely with clients, tenants, contractors, FM and other stakeholders to ensure exceptional service on behalf of the company. Location: West London head office, but options for remote working & regular travel around the London area This is a broad role in which you will manage and take full ownership of a portfolio of Central London commercial properties. This will involve property inspections to assess tenant alterations, defects, H&S compliance, etc. You should have experience in managing Service Charge budgets & reconciliations.
