Site Manager - Modular Build

A modular builder with a great reputation for quality are looking to recruit a Site Manager to manage projects accross the Uk with regular visits to the facility in Hull A main contractor with a factory. The role: As an experienced Modular Site Manager you will be the appointed person to lead a team of staff, as well as subcontractors and suppliers. You will the ensure safe, timely, and high-quality completion of each project assigned. You will be the main point of contact for the Customer. Construction sites can be anywhere nationwide, and between these projects, you will spend time at the production facility in Hull. The role will involve programming works on site and complying with Quality and Health and Safety standards and managing subcontractors. You will chair pre-start meetings and manage site budgets and maintain site records. A Full-Time role, at a variety of sites throughout the UK. As well as some time spent at a facility in Hull. A Company vehicle and accommodation expenses will be provided Projects are all modular and include construction of schools, residential ,offices & hospitals. The Person: The successful applicant must have Site Manager experience. You will ideally have experience in Groundworks, Civils and Fit-outs. Excellent communication skills, the ability to build good relationships and being able to work on your own initiative are essential skills. You will have pride in projects and be able to create and manage an excellent site environment, with zero hazards and a high standard of cleanliness. It is likely you will have previously worked as either a Site Manager, Project Manager or Senior Site Manager in a similar modular building environment. It is essential to have an SMSTS and 1st Aid qualification, as well as a driving licence. Modular or Prefabricated build project experience. CSCS certified.
