Graduate Architectural Technologist/ Junior Architectural Technician AC(phone number removed) Hertfordshire Salary up to £21,000 (depending on experience) An established RIBA Chartered practice based in Hertfordshire, has a new requirement for either a Graduate Architectural Technologist or a Junior Architectural Technician to join their team on a permanent basis. Working alongside the head of architectural technology, you will get the chance to work on an exciting array of residential projects, from smaller scale domestic all the way through to large scale residential developments. You must already have some experience in an architectural practice. This is an exciting opportunity to gain excellent experience as part of an exceptional team of individuals. Essential skills/ qualifications for this Graduate Architectural Technologist/ Junior Architectural Technician role: Be suitably qualified and ideally you will already have experience within a UK based practice. You must have strong AutoCad experience. Revit is desirable. Sound knowledge of UK Building regulations alongside preparing and submitting planning applications. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
