Your new company is a Surrey based residential developer providing bespoke, high end housing across the South East. Using sustainable practices, integrated technology and high attention detail as their core values, this developer creates luxury homes that compliment and respect the surrounding environment.

Over the last decade this company have developed a range of properties from luxury flats to large detached houses in Surrey, Sussex, Berkshire & Kent.

Your new role
You role will be an office based position assisting the development team on upcoming projects, producing full working drawings for residential units, including all general arrangements, elevations, details, sections, electrical layouts, 1:20 kitchen / bathroom plans & elevations etc.

You will be employed on an initial 3 month contract with room for extension.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role you will have extensive experience producing the above plans and drawings preferably for housebuilders or developers. You will need strong AutoCAD skills and ideally will have worked as an architectural technologist previously.

The business is looking for a self starter who can hit the ground running so experience working for a similar company and in a similar role is key.

Location is important so you will need to live within a commutable distance of Reigate, i.e. within an hour's travel time.

What you'll get in return
In return for your work you will receive an hourly rate between £24.00 & £28.00, and be an essential part of a close knit team.

There's the opportunity to extend your contract based on your input and impact in your role as this position is not a fixed term but a rolling contract.
