My client is looking for a Mechanical Commissioning Engineer who has worked previously within large MEP projects, this project being worth 7 million, ideally you will have experience working at this level. The contractor is looking for an exceptional individual to work on their project to join the rest of the highly skilled team. As a Mechanical Commissioning Engineer you will have the opportunity to work on a highly challenging project that allows for career progression and rewarding opportunities. This is a phenomenal opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Commissioning Engineer to join a team, with further opportunity to work on other work in central London too.
The Mechanical Commissioning Engineer role will consist of, however not limited to:
Reporting to the Commissioning Manager on site
Managing subcontractors on site
Management of commissioning responsibilities on site such as the setup,
Leading and organising weekly commissioning meetings
Development of the Project commissioning schedule in conjunction with the project planners.
Responsible for the Compilation of all Testing and Commissioning Documentation including verifying and signing off on all results.
Management of all day to day on site commissioning operations
You will be hands on and happy to be based on site, perhaps looking to progress into Commission Management level
You will have some design knowledge but be a hand on manager
Requirements
At least 3 years' experience in mechanical engineering works
Specialised knowledge and training in M&E construction works
