General Manager - Specialist Subcontractor Environment Due to the recent award of multiple contracts, my client has an exciting opportunity for an Operations / General Manager to help drive the business and deliver the new projects. The successful candidate will be reporting directly to the owner of the business and will be working on large construction sites, completing work for developers and Tier 1 contractors. The scope of work could be up to £700,000 so it is important that you have had experience of working on multiple projects of that size. Your responsibilities would cover overseeing operations, as well as the pricing department and commercial teams so you would expect to have Project Managers, Estimators and QS's reporting into you. You should also be able to read drawings. The projects are primarily North West but may require occasional travel
