Commercial Director

Oustanding opportunity to help drive a culture shift within a high performing national housebuilder. Client Details A leading national housebuilder who deliver high quality houses across the UK. Description As the Commercial Director, you will take complete ownership of the regional commercial team which includes the functions of QS and Buying. You will be responsible for the reporting and cost control of multiple live developments, and will input into land appraisals for potential new developments in conjunction with our Land team. You will form strong working relationships with other stakeholders within the business and also with key supplier and sub-contractors to the business. You will lead, train and develop a fully staffed commercial team. Profile To be considered for the role of Commercial Director you must be from a house builder background and currently be a Director or Head of Commercial, or be a Commercial Manager looking to take the next step in your career as a Head of Commercial.
